Dana Goodyear's "Kid Goth," a profile of Neil... →

New in ESPN the Magazine (Volume 13, Issue 1)...
My newest article — a short interview with Boston Celtics guard J. R. Giddens (who made his first professional start in yesturday’s win over the Toronto Raptors) about his adoption of a shelter dog — appears in the current issue of ESPN The Magazine. You can find it on the twenty-fourth page. Sorry the parenthetical-note-within-a-hyphened-section is so confusing.

Scott Brown's essay on Homestar Runner →
This article takes me back to my eleventh grade chemistry class, spent rarely in discussion of periodic tables and redox but mostly in discussion of Kyle “The Yellow Dart” Smith, Fhqwhgads, and Eh! Steve! (deliverer of the “Eh! Steve!” catchphrase).  Funny stuff.  Charming little essay. For the source material, click here.
